Terms and conditions for using our public speaking courses and services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Cogniiii Vision website (cogniiii-visionnn.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

  • Course enrollment is subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Students must be 18 years or older to enroll
  • Corporate enrollments require separate agreements

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Student Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before course start: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

5.2 Company Cancellations

  • We may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Full refund will be provided for company-cancelled courses
  • Alternative course dates will be offered where possible

6. Course Attendance and Participation

  • Regular attendance is required for course completion
  • Students are expected to participate actively in all exercises
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course
  • Make-up sessions may be available at additional cost
  • Course materials must be used for personal development only

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

  • All course materials, methods, and content are our intellectual property
  • Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
  • Recording of sessions is prohibited without written consent

7.2 Student Content

  • Students retain rights to their own presentations and materials
  • We may use anonymized student examples for training purposes
  • Student feedback and testimonials may be used for marketing

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • Course content and student participation remain confidential
  • We maintain professional standards of confidentiality
  • Students are expected to respect others' privacy

9. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
  • Participate constructively in all activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of other students' presentations
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide courses "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the course fees paid
  • Students participate at their own risk

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Public health emergencies
  • Technical failures
  • Labor disputes

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights that cannot be excluded. These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
