4. Course Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Enrollment
- Course enrollment is subject to availability
- We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
- Students must be 18 years or older to enroll
- Corporate enrollments require separate agreements

- Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged

- Cancellations less than 7 days before course start: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
5.2 Company Cancellations
- We may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
- Full refund will be provided for company-cancelled courses
- Alternative course dates will be offered where possible

- Regular attendance is required for course completion
- Students are expected to participate actively in all exercises
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course
- Make-up sessions may be available at additional cost
- Course materials must be used for personal development only
